Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and SpinCity99 ("Company", "Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the SpinCity99 online gaming platform, available at spincity99.cam and any associated mobile or browser-based interfaces.

Account Eligibility
In order to register and maintain an active account on SpinCity99, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

- You are a natural person acting in your individual capacity and not on behalf of any third party.

SpinCity99 reserves the right to request documentary evidence confirming your eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or permanent closure.
Account Registration & Security
To access the Services, you are required to create a registered account by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested during the sign-up process. You undertake to maintain the accuracy of this information and to promptly update your account details should any information change.
- All information provided during registration must be truthful and must accurately represent your identity. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.
- You may only register one account per household address, IP address, device, or payment method.
- Registration using shared, temporary, or anonymous email addresses is not permitted.
You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any other person. SpinCity99 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify SpinCity99 support immediately via live chat. We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for additional account security.
Deposits & Withdrawals
SpinCity99 supports a range of Malaysian payment channels including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and USDT TRC20. The minimum deposit amount is RM 30 unless otherwise specified on the cashier page.
- All deposits must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
- Deposits are processed in MYR. Cryptocurrency deposits (USDT TRC20) are converted at the prevailing rate at the time of confirmed receipt on-chain.
- SpinCity99 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
- Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods previously used to deposit into your account. This requirement supports our anti-money laundering (AML) compliance obligations.
- KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal can be processed. See Section 8 for full KYC requirements.
- The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50. Maximum daily withdrawal limits apply and vary by account tier.
- E-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) are typically processed within 5 minutes. Bank transfers via DuitNow or FPX typically clear within 5–15 minutes. Bank wire transfers may take up to 60 minutes. These are indicative timeframes and not guaranteed.
- Withdrawals may be delayed or suspended if there are outstanding bonus wagering requirements, pending KYC reviews, or active fraud investigations.
Bonuses & Promotions
SpinCity99 offers a variety of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, referral bonuses, and VIP rewards. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any promotion-specific terms published at the time of the offer.
- All bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Claiming bonuses through systematic arbitrage, abuse of multiple accounts, or any form of coordinated exploitation is strictly prohibited.
- Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated validity period. Any bonus not wagered within this window will be forfeited automatically.
- During active bonus play, a maximum bet cap applies per round or per bet. The applicable cap for each promotion is stated in the individual bonus terms. Breaching the maximum bet cap may result in bonus voiding and withdrawal of associated winnings.
- Slots typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements. Live casino games, table games, and sports bets may contribute at reduced rates (commonly 10–20%). Specific game contribution rates are stated per promotion.
- Maximum cashout limits apply to bonus-derived winnings. These limits are stated per promotion and do not affect your own deposited real-money balance.
- SpinCity99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring any bonus already activated and in active use.
Gameplay Rules & Fair Use
SpinCity99 operates certified games supplied by licensed international game studios. All game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) or by real-time live dealer outcomes, as applicable. Certified RTP (Return to Player) percentages are available for each game where required.
- In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or system error that affects the outcome of a wager, SpinCity99 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the wager amount to the player's account.
- Bets placed on sporting events after the event has concluded (late bets) will be voided regardless of outcome.
- Odds on sports markets are subject to change prior to bet placement. Accepted bets are settled at the odds confirmed at the time the bet was placed.
- The use of any automated betting software, bots, scripting tools, or artificial intelligence to place bets on the Platform is strictly prohibited.
KYC & Identity Verification
As part of our regulatory obligations and commitment to operating a secure and fraud-free platform, SpinCity99 requires all players to complete identity verification (KYC) before processing any withdrawal. KYC may also be triggered at any other point during a player's use of the Platform at the Company's discretion.
Standard KYC documentation includes: a valid government-issued photo identification (Malaysian IC/MyKad, Driver's Licence, or Passport), proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement issued within the last three months), and where required, proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of e-wallet account or bank statement confirming the account is in your name).

- Registering, operating, or attempting to operate more than one account.

- Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime.

- Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.

- Conducting any action that disrupts, damages, or impairs the normal operation of the Platform or its infrastructure.
Intellectual Property
All content on the SpinCity99 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, software, text, graphics, images, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the proprietary property of SpinCity99 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform or its content without the prior written consent of SpinCity99.
Limitation of Liability

We do not guarantee that any specific gaming outcome, payout, or bonus will be achieved. Gambling outcomes are inherently uncertain, and past performance is not indicative of future results.
Account Suspension & Termination
SpinCity99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons: breach of these Terms; suspected fraud, money laundering, or identity theft; failure to complete KYC within the required timeframe; or at the request of regulatory, legal, or law enforcement authorities.
Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in the account (after deduction of any outstanding bonus funds and applicable AML review periods) will be returned to the player via their most recently used deposit method. Bonus balances are non-refundable upon account closure.
Players may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting our 24/7 support team. Voluntary closure requests for responsible gambling purposes will be processed with priority.
Amendments to These Terms
SpinCity99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice via in-platform notification or email. Minor clarifications or non-substantive amendments may be made without specific notice.
The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the date of the most recent revision. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which SpinCity99 holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved amicably through our support channels shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitration bodies of that jurisdiction.
